Oluka Robert, a beneficiary of the CPAR Uganda “Mentoring Young Adults in Uganda into Innovators Against Poverty” programme, is one of the nine young adults who are participating as research assistants in the “Challenging Categories: Educated Unemployed Youth as Institutional Innovators in Rural Uganda” research project. He is on the Challenging Categories Teso Team that is under the direct leadership of the Principal Investigator, Dr. Ben Jones.
Robert currently resides in Ngora District as he does fieldwork for Challenging Categories. However, ordinarily he resides at his ancestral home in Ocelekur Village, in Kalaki District, in Kumam Sub-Region. He holds a Bachelor of Development Studies degree from Ndejje University.
